Armesania is a project that combines the work of the artisan and creator of macrame in Knots by Armesania with the art of artisans from Oaxaca, located in southern Mexico thinking of home decoration through natural fibers and ancient weaving techniques.
This undertaking was born in 2019 from the vision of a young couple of entrepreneurs who, fascinated with the beautiful state of Oaxaca in Mexico, decided to create a space to share a little (the artistic and cultural offer of Oaxaca is immense) of the wonderful artistic creations that can be found in Oaxaca and that are part of the tradition of several indigenous peoples of the state.
Armesania is a project that seeks to give anyone in the world the possibility of acquiring genuine, beautiful handmade products from the state of Oaxaca, and at the same time, contribute to the economy of the families from these communities with fair trade partnerships.
We want to spread the word of the wonders that are produced in this region of southern Mexico to praise the work of artisans and make their creations be appreciated in all parts of the world.
The products that you will find in this store are chosen one by one directly from the workshops of the artisans to guarantee that you are purchasing an original product, result of generations of tradition; created with ancient techniques but with contemporary designs.
